PS the difficulty about playing conquest large on our server is, there is only 16 people on each side. Conquest large maps are designed for the 64 man servers because of the sheer size and amount of vehicles spawned. If we played conquest large i am fairly certain after the novelty of the new map has warn off everyone would be droning on about how rubbish it is.
Indeed, thus your Back to Karkand suggestions cannot be implemented as only one Back to Karkand map comes in a Conquest Small version, and that map is Gulf of Oman. All other B2K map...
Hey, I don't know if any of you guys know but Mojang have set their selves a challenge to program a game over the weekend. This thread is a little late as they only have around 4 hours left but I have been watching on and off from the start. From them planning, to coding and testing. 2 Other companies have also joined in and stuff is interesting.
All the money they raise is going to charity and they have raised over $300,000 if this goes over $500,000 notch has said that he will shave his beard off.

From my experiece of rush from the beta and BC2 and even on BC1 (on the console) I don't like it. It makes the maps to linear and gets very repetitive and boring. I obviously will try it out on the final released game and it may even work for some maps, but if there isn't an improvement to how it feels now I will not play it. As XT has said before we will be getting a 64 player server, thus I am not sure we will able to switch between conquest and rush as rush only supports 32 players. If this is the case I think it is not very wise to spend ex...
