As I've said before my job keeps me from being available on set days. My rotas are assigned for Sunday to Saturday, 2 days off working either 9-6 or 11-8 (UK time so -1hr from server time). I'll be one of the following most days: - Off work and available all day. - At work on an early and get home at earliest 7:30 server time. - At work on a late and get home at earliest 9:30-45 server time. The issue I have with just having a straight 10man, no more no less, raid team is that we cannot afford to have anyone not show up. As I have said for a while now I will not be able to make the start of raids from Oct 23rd onwards due to working full time again and will not be finishing most nights before the raid starts unless I work the early shift, leave dead on time and sit down at the computer the second I get in the door.
